Independent living community with beautiful amenities in northeastern Iowa City
Pro Building Renovation LLC partnered with the Oaknoll Retirement Community to create this beautiful three-building campus of independent-living apartments. The campus contains some unique and interesting features including an underground pedestrian tunnel which connects the building so residents can move throughout despite the weather, car washing and dog washing stations in the covered parking and outdoor entertainment areas. The facility also includes a full-service restaurant and bar, wellness studio, large community room and lounge with full kitchen. Each of the apartments was finished in accordance to the wishes of the residents living there.
