Bruegger's Bagels Exterior Shell

Pro Building Renovation LLC worked with a local franchise owner to build a new location of Bruegger's Bagels in south Iowa City. Location of the new building was on a small, but high-traffic corner lot between two busy streets. Pro Building Renovation LLC worked with the architect to coordinate placement of the building and a drive-through lane with direct street exit.

The building design includes patterned brick and stone facade with protective awnings and access to an outdoor patio.
