Clocktower Plaza

Inspired by the look of northern timber lodges, Pro Building Renovation LLC built this mulit-unit commercial space in Coralville, IA. 

Utilizing the slope of the lot, Clocktower Plaza is two stories on the front side, while only one story in the rear. The plaza accomodates up to 16 units, with flexibility for tenants to create a two-story space.
