Totaling 13,000 square feet, this commercial building provides an attractive entrance to Coralville’s Iowa River Landing development.
Pro Building Renovation LLC constructed the exterior shell of the building including a white envelope interior finish, site work, pavement and landscaping. Hand-laid brick veneer features decorative popcorn detail. Clerestories exhibit Trader Joe's iconic artwork and a large metal awning creates an inviting entrance while protecting the cart corrals.
